This notice explains what happens to the information you send through the project inquiry form on this website.

What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form we receive: your name, work email, company (optional), phone (optional), the type of project, your message, and your confirmation that we may contact you about the inquiry.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your inquiry and discuss the project you described. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell them.

Who processes it

The form is handled by Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this website. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account and sent to our inbox. Only people at Appration who handle inquiries can access them.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry submissions for 12 months after we receive them, then delete them from our Netlify account and our inbox. If you ask us to delete your inquiry sooner, we will.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have your inquiry deleted, email solutions@appration.com.
